If you have chosen Paypal or credit card as your payment method, your order will be processed immediately and is usually ready for dispatch the next day. Unfortunately, the speed of your delivery still depends on the speed of our shipping logistics company. You can expect your order to arrive in up to 2 days in Germany and up to 3 days in Austria.

The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase. If there is anything wrong with your Fitz & Huxley backpack, please contact us at service@fitzandhuxley.com or +49 (0)30 2352 3909 and we will take care of the problem immediately!

We try to make payment as simple and secure as possible for you. You can currently pay with Klarna, Paypal, Google Pay or credit card.

Payment by Klarna invoice

If you want to shop with little effort and pay conveniently later, then KLARNA RECHNUNG is the right choice for you. With Klarna Invoice, you have 14 days to pay the invoice - with the option to pause it for up to 60 days for a small fee.

Payment via Google Pay

You can also shop online with us using the GOOGLE PAY payment service. Simply select the G-PAY button and sign in with your Google account details.

You can then use a credit or debit card stored in your Google account. Thanks to G-PAY, you don't have to create an account, sign in or fill out any forms when you shop. Your payment and delivery address are transmitted in encrypted form.

Payment via PayPal

To be able to pay via PayPal, you need a free account with PayPal. PayPal offers various payment options and provides you with additional security through PayPal Buyer Protection. If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website and asked to log in with your account or register again. Now simply select the desired payment method (PayPal credit, direct debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. After completing your order with payment via PayPal, we will process your order immediately and usually send it out on the same day. There are no costs for payment with PayPal.

Payment by credit card

If you wish to pay by credit card, select this payment method in the checkout and complete your order. You will then be redirected to the website of our payment provider Adyen website. Select your card type and enter your credit card number, the expiry date and the three-digit verification code on the back of the card. Our payment provider Adyen guarantees the highest level of security for your data, as you would expect from other major online stores. After completing your order with payment by credit card, your order will be processed immediately and in most cases dispatched on the same day. There are no charges for credit card payments.

If you have received a discount code from us, you can redeem it in the shopping cart view. To do this, enter your "discount code" in the field marked accordingly and click on "Apply voucher". Your shopping cart total will now be displayed, taking your voucher code into account. Please note: Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. Different voucher codes cannot be combined.

We are a young brand and very focused on sustainable growth. In order to guarantee first-class quality, we are currently only producing small quantities of our backpacks. It is therefore possible that your "favorite" among our products is sold out. If you write to us at service@fitzandhuxley.com, we can let you know when it will be back in stock.

Leather is a high-quality natural product. Irregularities in color and structure are based on the naturalness of the leather and are a typical sign of quality and authenticity. Your backpack is therefore truly unique! It is therefore possible that your backpack may differ slightly from the product photos on our website. However, you can rest assured that as part of our quality assurance process, we ensure that these deviations are minimal.
